Building Permits
The City of Edgeley requires building permits to obtained prior to beginning any construction projects within the City, both commercial and residential. Applications must be submitted to the City Auditor (drop at City Hall or email city@edgeley.com) and will be addressed at the next City Council meeting. Once approved, a permit will be issued and should be clearly displayed on the property throughout the construction process. Permits are valid for one year. Persons/businesses not obtaining a permit prior to beginning a project may be subject to fines.
Fees: Residential $25; Commercial $100
